IROCC RC Club located in Victoria BC Canada.
Our radio controlled on-racing club has a basic system that keeps the racing competitive and inexpensive. In the winter we race indoors with 1 cell lipo "stock" 12th scale cars. In the summer we run outside with 10th scale "stock" electric, 10th scale nitro touring cars, 10th scale WGT and new for 2012, the Associated RC-18 as our novice class. We pride ourselves on this simple system that has become the foundation of our club, as it keeps the racing very close with a large number of drivers in any given class.

Sunday, May 13 2012 was the 1st official points race of IROCC's Summer 2012 race season. We had a smallish turnout of 34 entries with 3 cars in 18R, 12 cars in Touring Stock, 6 in Touring Nitro, 8 in WorldGT, and 5 in 12th Modified.
It was great to see Luc and Noah Savage back racing again!
Congrats to Gerry for grabbing TQ in Nitro this week. Nicely done!
Congrats to Danny for grabbing 2nd place in the Nitro main. He had a little help from his friends, but sometimes that's what you need in Nitro.
Cameron Zweers had a great run in Touring car, with some very consistent driving. He has really improved under the strict tutelage of his dad!
There is no racing this weekend (May 20th), but we are back the following weekend (May 27).

Sunday, May 6 2012 was the 1st week of IROCC's 2012 Summer race season. This was a practice week as everyone was adjusting back to the asphalt after a winter on the carpet. We were greeted with a great day of sun for the first day which was great. We had a smallish turnout of 31 entries with 2 cars in 18R, 10 cars in Touring Stock, 4 in Touring Nitro, 9 in WorldGT, and 6 in 12th Modifed.
Congrats to Glenn Armstrong for a nice win in Touring Stock!
Also, good job to Daryl Jones who TQed the WorldGT class!
Finally, congrats to Craig Roberts for taking home the win in the first 12th Modified main event of the season!
We are racing on May 13th, and we are off on May 20th.
