Welcome to IROCC!

IROCC (Island Radio Operated Car Club ) is Victoria's Onroad RC racing club. We have a basic system that keeps the racing competitive and inexpensive. In the winter we race indoors on carpet with Touring Cars, 12th Scale cars, and WorldGT cars at Matrix Hobbies and Raceway (Saturday nights). In the summer we move to the BC Transit Park & Ride near the Juan de Fuca Rec Centre (Sundays). Here we run outside on asphalt with 10th scale Touring Cars, 10th scale Nitro Touring Cars, and 10th scale WorldGT cars. We also offer a Novice class for newcomers where any type of car is allowed. IROCC prides itself on this simple system that has become the foundation of our club, as it keeps the racing very close with a large number of drivers in any given class.
