*NEW* Serpent 748 ?

I dunno, this constant changing of cars from serpent is really making wish I bought an Xray.  3 - Different 733's, the 747, and now the 748 ?  I really like my 733, but, everytime Serpent comes out with a new model, it makes me wonder if parts are going to be available for my car.. I never had to worry about this with Xray..

your right. i could buy parts for the 2014 and stick em on my 2009 lol. but i suppose some of the newer parts have dependance on other new parts too. wasnt the 747 just put out last year? would could have caused a new model?
sounds like a cash grab for me. stick with your 733 as long as you can get parts for it.

747 came out in Q2 2012, they are looking at a Q2 2014 release for this new car.   Supposedly on RC Tech alot of the plastics are the same,  (which would mean they are compatable with the 733). So we shall see..   I have not even seen a photo of the car yet.

Well, maybe some of the new plastics include a receiver box. if im not mistaken the 747 didnt come with one for whatever reason. nice to see updates to cars though. means nitro isnt as dead as everyone seems to think it is.

Hey Gerry,

The white plastic is probably just for the prototype designs.  I would guess that the production version will use black plastic.
