Picked up a roller.

Would be interested in a second for spare parts.

Thanks

Buying a 2nd roller for parts may sound like a good idea but you could end up with a car that has a lot of worn parts on it. Between myself , Craig, Nick and Blake there is a lot of NT1 parts so odds are if you were to break something one of us would most likely have it.

If you want to buy some of the high where parts buy belts, diff outdrives and cv shafts to start with. I am still  a newbie to the NT1 but this is what I have been told.

Since you have a roller put you money on good servos, motor/pipe, tires, and anything else you may not have to run the car.

Glad to see another nitro car in the club, Neil.

Hey Neil,

Chuck lives in Calgary, but he's a coastie at heart.

I found an Axe Rossi X3 engine at one of my local calgary stores. Does anyone here know anything about Ithese motors?

The shopkeep said it was several years old, but still a very good engine versus what's currently out there. Best part is he gave it to me for 90 bux, with the axe rossi tuned pipe included.

- Uses turbo plugs
- appears to be Italian design (not a dynamite/traxxas engine)
- 3 needle carb that fits the OS mushroom filter
- sleeve & piston seem very tight
- conn rod appears reinforced (IE not crappy)
- crankshaft appears to be milled & balanced with a vent hole or two
