Neil, I try to aim for 5mm. I run mine between 4-6mm depending on wheel size and where we are running.  I also run my chasis flat. Personal preference.

Yeah - it's probably best to wait until you can afford the full 235mm. Running 200mm just to save a few bucks isn't worth it, Mick, really.
