OK i think i tracked down the problem. the bearings that was in the bottle were slightly to small so the part that whent on the inside of the bearing did not fit. so it sat on top of the bearing so the peace was to far from the plastic mold on the rim so i was putting it together right but the problem all along was that the bearing that was silver that i put on after the blue bearing fell apart was to small! (that is probably why it was so hard to pull off lol) so the bearing that i needed was blue and it was the same diameter but it was bigger on the inside. does anyone have those? if not i can order some.
