Final indoor club race this Saturday April 19th
This Saturday evening is our final club race of the indoor season.  Doors open at 4:00pm and track setup starts at 4:10pm.  All local racers are expected to help with track setup (reasonable exceptions are fine).

We will run a full race program with three qualifiers followed by the mains.  Make sure your cars are ready to go.

Summer Track Equipment
If anyone has room to store a PA speaker or two, and/or the rubber mats, that would be great.  We will need them for summer racing.

See you Saturday!

Great Race Night!
Thanks to everyone who made it out for racing on Saturday.  We had a nice turnout and lots of very tight racing.  Setup and teardown were both quick and efficient.  Thank you to everyone that goes the extra mile to make this process smooth.

Shoutout to Jay J for one of his better carpet TC performances.  He was mixing it up with the top group and ended up 4th overall, but with the quickest hot lap of the main.  Great work Jay!

Rob F had a good night in TC finding his way into the A-Main with a solid run in the B-Main.

12th Scale qualifying was super tight once again, with 5+ drivers qualifying within a 1.5 second window.  Dalyn gave us all a break by running another racer's car.  That said, he still had the second best hot lap in the main.

Sean B was once again running really well in 12th Scale and, with a little better luck, he might have had a chance at qualifying directly in the A-Main.  As it was, he got there the hard way.

Congrats to Ryan P for setting a personal best with his 12th Scale, 35 laps!  He wasn't that far off 36 either....  Great work Ryan!

Final Race Night is Saturday Apr 19
Our final indoor race of the season is in two weeks on Saturday Apr 19.  Doors open at 4:00PM.  We will run a full race program with three qualifiers followed by the mains.

Big Race Night!
Thanks to everyone who made it out for racing last Saturday.  We had a big turnout and lots of good racing.

Big thank you to Austin L for coming over from the Lower Mainland to join us for racing!  Austin ran well all night and just missed a bump spot into the TC A-Main.

Shout out to Jay C who ran his first ever organized RC race and did very well.  Jay improved with each run and started to develop some consistency in his laps.  Big thanks to Wendell C for helping Jay get his car ready for the race!

Congrats to Dan L for a strong TQ and win in TC.  Although Nick F had the fastest laps, Dan was more consistent on this night.

Matt S ran well in TC and put his car into the main where he would finish 5th overall.

Brian B did the double bump to get his car into the B-Main after a tough night of qualifying.

It was nice to see Wendell and Avelyn back on the track after a long hiatus this winter.

In 12th Scale, Dalyn S was dominant from start to finish and almost lapped the entire field.  Jarrod H and Avery B rounded out the podium - nice work guys.

Paul Y had a good night in 12th Scale with some of his best qualifying and a strong run in the C-Main to take the bump.

Jack F has been steadily improving his consistency over the last couple years and he ran what was probably a career run in qualifying which was great to see!

Next Race is Saturday Mar 22
We have an extended break at the moment.  The next race is Saturday Mar 22nd, 2025.  Doors open at 4:00PM.  We will run a full race program with three qualifiers followed by the mains.

Fun Race Night!
Thanks to everyone who made it out for racing on Saturday.  We had a nice turnout and lots of good racing.  Setup and teardown were both super fast.  Thank you to all those that pitch in to make it a club effort.

Extra thanks to Rob F for sharing his birthday pizza with the club!

In general everyone ran pretty well throughout the night.  We didn't see a lot of over aggressive driving which was really nice to see.

Matthew C turned in some nice performances as he continues to get faster and faster with each race.

Sean B showed some good speed and consistency in the 12th Scale qualifying - especially in the third round when he was going toe to toe with Tom Y.  12th Scale continues to be quite competitive as everyone seems to be stepping up their game.

Nick F once again was the racer to beat in TC and Dalyn was on another level in 12th.  These guys set a high bar each week.

It's been nice seeing Jarrod H mixing it up at the top of 12th Scale this year.  He took 2nd on Saturday and will be looking to figure out how to match Dalyn's speed.

Good luck to all racers attending the IOCC in Duncan this weekend!

Next Race is Saturday Feb 22
The next race is in two weeks on Saturday Feb 22.  Doors open at 4:00PM.  We will run a full race program with three qualifiers followed by the mains.
