Fun Club Day!
Thanks to everyone who made it out for our club race yesterday.  We had a good turnout and some excellent racing across the board.

Congrats to Dan L for taking the TC Stock win on his birthday!  A points series in this class would have been interesting this summer, with several different drivers claiming wins.

Craig R took home the TC Nitro win, Brian A locked down the USGT main, and Adam B maintained his ownership of the Formula 1 class.

Special mention goes to Paul Y for making a double bump-up from the D-Main to the B-Main with some good driving!  Nice work Paul!


Next Race is Sunday, Sept 8th
We are NOT racing next Sunday Sept 1st.  Good luck to all racers traveling to the Kamloops End Of Summer Challenge!  Our next race is Sunday Sept 8th.

Club racing this Sunday Sep 8, 2024

We are club racing this Sunday September 8th at the Park and Ride.  We'll be running a full race program with three qualifiers, and mains.

Track setup will begin at 9:30am.  All racers are expected to help with track setup.

Fun Club Day!
Thanks to the small group that attended our club race yesterday.  It was a bare bones turnout but we made it work and we had some fun racing.

Shoutout to Tiny and Nospoom for making the trip from the Lower Mainland.  Always fun to have these guys running with us!

We saw some close racing in USGT between Corey H and Phil C throughout the day.  In each round of qualifying these two ran within 20 feet of each other for the entire five minutes.  Despite the close racing, Corey made no mistakes and would take the TQ and win.

Congrats to Dalyn S for taking the double wins, in TC Stock and TC Nitro.

Summer 2024 Is In The Books!
Yesterday marked the last race day for IROCC's 2024 summer race season.  We had a good turnout, nice weather, and some fun racing.  The van is all packed up and we pulled out everything we need for carpet season.

2024 was a weird summer for IROCC as we knew our time in the parking lot was coming to a permanent end.  We managed to squeak out a full season of racing which was a bit of a surprise.  It will be tough to say goodbye to our outdoor home of 20+ years but times change and so will IROCC.  We have a couple parking lots lined up for next summer so stay tuned over the winter for more information.

Special thank you to these guys that go above and beyond every week: Brian A, Brian B, Craig, Neil, Rob.

And of course, huge thank you to all club members who have worked to improve the club.  IROCC is your club.  No one is getting paid, and all income goes directly into the club bank account.
