I think you need to check the current price of real estate before you get too excited about the idea of anyone planning on setting up an off road track anywhere in or around Victoria.
The other alternative of course is for someone with an "IN" with one of the local municipalities to get on the phone or go visit in person and see if they can't get a municipal chunk of land freed up for our use. It's not impossible, it just takes the right person talking to the right person to get it done. After all, someone got the BMX track set up at Juan De Fuca!

It would have to be gas offroad, I think Jody said he was making a offroad track at his new place and euro style are for puzzy. Where are all the jumps not much offroad there.

ya go to Chapters and pick up a UK RC mag and you will see some grass offraod for sure, no jumps, just worn flat grass.

I will have a track at my house yes but not very big and no nitro. 40 x 80 maybe. 10th scale 2WD buggy will be the class if anyone has one they want to dust off and fix up. I dont move in until Oct 1.
