Has any one every ask if the club could pay to have some plugs installed in the light poles at the track.
Could be a option for next year.
what do you guys think about it.

they gonna give us and EVERYONE else free power?
I don't think it would be free. but it never hurt to ask if it was a option
sorry to be sarcastic.
Do the light poles even run on 110v?
there would have to be locked boxes on the plugs
someone had this idea a while back i think
they would have to rip up the parking lot and run a seperate power cable to all the post were there would be plugsc
the amount of power needed to have everyone going at the same time would be just silly
think of indoors
how many times per night average do the breakers trip ?
about once
more people come to colwood to race than indoors so there would be some serious coin needed to do what you suggesting
just use a generator or even a car battery
I guess a gen will be on the Xmass wish list this year then
no need to beat this topic to death
It would be great to have power but its major grief to get it installed. Basically they would need to have an electrician wire it up, remove the light pole, etc, etc. Trades now adays are a licence to print money....
