They look like they're both supposed to be the F-1 style pan cars, rather than the GTP style pan cars that we run.
That class has been run in Vancouver over the years.
I can't help you with the chassis, but that might narrow down the choices for you. I admit one does look an awful lot like a Tamyia car.
