Hi, folks.

We're happy to say that the Corally Pro 10 NGX and F1 AND full parts support have arrived at T-Bang!

In addition to coming decked out with a full set of race-ready tires, some of the features are:

● Fully equipped with super strong hardened black steel torx screws.
● The precision chrome steel front and rear wheel bearings offer long lasting, low rolling resistance and efficiency.
● Super lightweight and user friendly aluminium inserts are used to replace normal nuts.  
● Unique 1-piece graphite rear axle with ball differential.
● High grade graphite chassis components with pre-shaped battery slots.
● Super smooth rear suspension using 2.0mm GRP t-bar with 2 rear tube-dampers and shock absorber.
● WC front suspension as used on the World Championship winning 12X.
● Duraluminium servo mounts.
● Super rigid duraluminium motorpod using unique tube design.
● Front & rear adjustable ride height.
● Threaded body posts for precise body height adjustment.
● The 'US Standard' 1:10 wheels run on lightweight duraluminium rear wheel hubs.
● Rear Width : 225mm.
● Front Width : 220mm.
● The 10X New Generation comes partially assembled.

The F1 is a sweet racer as well and our testing in Vancouver shows both cars being very hooked up right out of the box.

The F1 comes with a Lotus/Ford body and full tires in the kit. The Pro10 Peugeout 905B High Downforce bodies are arriving in our hands on Thursday of this week!

Hey Phil,

Cool cars, I especially like the F1 car. I would love to see a picture with the body on it.


Those cars look like they will be a bit of a headache to strap a LiPo into? Especially hard cased ones.  I had to cut my two cell pack in half and it was a bit of a dicey procedure.


I would personally like to see the hard case rule ditched or at least only for Li-polymer batteries and not Li-Mn.

Hey, Jody.

Yeah, just opening up the boxes and entering the items into inventory. The F1 comes with the body, too, which is sweet. Looks like they have shipped the cars with the standard silverstar compound which is fine for rear but lacks steering in the front.

I will be putting on a Tamiya Williams BMW FW24 F1 body (super slammed!) as a replica and Mick has customized the color scheme on another body for red/corally/t-bang. I'll be sure to post some pics.

MaxAmps has started selling saddle pack hard case batteries up to 6000mAh I believe, so that part is handled. Nothing beats the look and quality of the TrakPower, though, and it's too bad I can't make it work. I would have loved to. Kurk had recommended that I not take it apart due to the nature of the tabs for the wires. Similar for the Trinity cells, too. Looks as if I'll be ordering up a saddle pack for the summer for the pan car if it's approved.

Chris Lim has tested the car a number of times in Vancouver and I've watched him put the hammer down with a T-Bang HemiK19. Yikes. The F1 accelerates as if it has a fair bit of power to weight advantage and an aerodynamic advantage, too, because the thing was pulling on every car out there in practice including the 19T 1/12. It cornered absolutely freakishly well. I'll build one up and bring it out to IROCC on the 9th and let folks play.

Run two of them, one on each side!

yes taking them apart is not recommended.

I haven't played with the 10th scale pan but when I ran two 3800 mAh LiMn side by side it seemed to hook up great.... I think the extra weight actually helped with the traction.....

Hey phil.  Do you know if the new sp10x will be able to go down to 200mm,  By the looks of thing that are brewing south of the boarder,  this is were pro 10 are heading.

Hi, Andrew.

I have asked Corally and they say that yes, it is possible.

I've real almost all of the threads on multiple sites re: narrow conversion and it's largely influenced by a handful of postings. The desire to do this is certainly not for peroformance reasons as there is a solid case for the wider kit's handling characteristics. On carpet it may be easier in terms of lane width when racing the 1/12 and touring cars, but again, it's not a performance-related shift. In part I think it's because of the desire by some people to race GT style bodies which are abundant in 200mm form. Many clubs, including the Netherland national championships over the last three years, have raced both widths together and even allow F1 to race in the same class which is cool. It would be great to see a "LeMans" style class or a true "Prototype" class, too, where innovation can occur.  Interestingly we were contacted by a club in California yesterday and they have two heats racing 235mm! Nice. We could do an exchange of some sort with them.


BTW, Peugeuot GTP bodies arriving today or tomorrow!

Seems like the public wants a 200mm version is to run classic musle car bodies, and HPI offeres alot of GTS bodies that are all 200mm.

Find a GTP body for a 200mm car is turning out to be rather difficult.  I would like to see a Daytona prototype body being made, or the old Porsche 924.

I'd be down with a 924.  The 924 Carerra GTR would be really sweet!

There are lots of GT bodies out there for sure. The kicker is that they work fine on carpet, but, ummm, not-so-fine on asphalt! I do, however, hear good things about the Porsche 911 GT by HPI. Unfortunately the license for the GT1 at Protoform has lapsed and I can't have it reproduced. I'm trying every day to find good bodies out there!

Yah -- it's the downforce by the humungous GTP bodies that makes pan cars work on asphalt.  A production body style just won't hook up.  Still, I've got a bit of a soft spot for the 924 (for obvious reasons).

Hey, Guys.

Lots of movement on the Corally cars and we are planning another order from Holland. Although we are in great shape for complete parts support, we need to keep on top of the kits since we only have a handful left on the shelf. PM if you would like to reserve one such that it isn't sold. We have had two clubs ask about group availability and it has the potential to affect inventory levels. Just giving you a heads up, particularly those who now only have one class to race.
