Well I'm very close to getting the S400 for next year. I think that as serpents go this is going to be a very good setup. Any opinions on this.
looks like it could be lipo unfriendly. A new car should not need any modifications to accomodate any mainstream lipo, that car looks like it may need mods, could be worng of course, but judging by pics....plus if its new why does it have pics with NiMH in it? Otherwise, I love serpent as you know
From my understanding it's also out of production and racers are having a helluva time trying to get their hands on spares. Check out RCTech.
P.
Yes as phil mentiones Serpent has discontinue the s400, just to let you know
why would you stray away from crc? ???
what does a serpent touring car have to do with crc ?
cuz if its electric and it aint a pan-car then forget it!
YA.... i thought it was the 12th scale car....Dog Balls :-*
there are a couple of other racers that are interested in the car.
So I talked to serpent America today and theres nothing in the future to change the car so that it will be lipo friendly. And there are no new cars for the future.
It's looking like the Xray T3 for $549 or the T2 Pro for $299. Any thoughts.

I would wait on the T3 as it seems there is a problem with the screws being pulled through the chassis in a crash
this is their temp fix for it
