I know we are a few months from summer yet, but the club is already planning an order for rubber touring car tires. We have to do this now to be sure we'll have the tires in time for May. Phil will be handling the details as he has done in prior years.
We are looking at Sorex 32R and 28R pre-mounted sets. They will come mounted on Jaco wheels.
The price will be marginally higher than last year. You may PM Phil (RC51) for details.
If you would like to be added to the club order, please PM Phil with your request.

Hey, guys.
For all those folks I canvassed a week or two ago about the tire order, I will be placing the order such that they can be here by the end of February. Due to work projects I won't be racing between now and then but wanted to give you a heads up on the delivery date such that you could budget and plan to collect and pay at the end of Feb. More to follow as information and time permits.

Tires were shipped today! They should arrive here likely mid week next week so please come to the track with cash in hand to collect your tires. Balance will be held by the club, but we're quite confident the majority are or will be spoken for. PM for pricing details. It will not be posted here.

Very few people actually placed an order per se but there was lots of expression of interest the night I canvassed the group. So, the guys who placed their orders to me directly (Blake, Daryl, Neil, Brian) will get theirs first then the balance will go first come first served. They are the best possible rubber on the best possible rim with the best possible insert - IMO. Cost is unbeatable as they are coming direct from the NA importer.
PM if anyone wants some reserved. BTW, they are due to arrive on the 23rd.
