Title: Pit guy
Post by: rcshadow on May 28, 2011, 10:25:43 PM
Is there anyone available to pit a nitro car on Sunday? I don't have a pit guy and Mick has been graciously helping me when he is there as Brian is busy before he goes on the IR.  I would like to run nitro but finding a pit guy and replacement marshal is next to impossible. I will fire up the car, I will tune it, all I need is at every 5mins put some gas in it when I come into the pits. No yelling at you this is all for fun but the thought of running from the driver stand to fill up my car seems useless and I may as well run two electric cars. Thanks in advance.

Glenn

I am in the same boat as you Jarrod. If lots show up with their nitro cars we may have two heats and get some pit guys. But then again I think we lose some marshals.

I can marshal the nitro classes, we could get some people from the WGT and TC classes to be "Pre-Assigned " marshals. not that we'd force the to do it! :D Hahaha just kidding.
but we could have some drivers say that they could marshal, before the race starts

Just my thoughts, Joey

There is usually one or two calls for volunteer marshals over the PA...
