Title: Fun racing.
Post by: Shawn68z on July 29, 2013, 11:59:16 AM

Yesterday was the funnest racing I have had, or seen, at irocc in a long time. Close battles, lots of tight racing.     See everyone  next week.

Shawn.

PS. It would be really nice if John could stop picking on the little kids though.  ;)

You mean that retired guy that was racing the elementary school kids? Hopefully those other 2 kids that dropped in will show up next week to race. It would be great to have enough kids so they could have a heat of their own.

No thanks, that would mean I would have to rebuild it after my last race at Speedweekend.

Nick, I have a used AMR-12 you can borrow if you want.  It's a little rough but should work well enough.

Im on associated. the holes probably wouldn't line up. unless you don't mind me reaming new ones. also, what settings would a regular rs need to cope with a 4.5?

I'm game. Oh yah; I'm not going to be there. . .

I found the crimper, but couldn't find any BNC connectors in stock at work, so hopefully someone can pick some up from Queale so it can get fixed before I leave.

GOING TO RUN MY NEW TOURING CAR IF I GET IT BUILT IN TIME, NO NITRO AS I AM OUT OF FUEL. SO IF WE HAVE ENOUGH 12SCALE CAN WE RUN A CLASS?

Ill bring my 12th scale on sunday. If we have enough ill run it instead of touring car. If craig is hitting the parking lot tonight, i could buy a high downforce body today. In the middle of painting a srsn so timing would be pretty good.

Cant really run three classes or we wont have marshalls. Nitro car entirely too expensive to sit on the shelf. Cant win =\
