Title: Friday Setup for Speed Weekend!

Hey all,

We are going to meet at the Mary Winspear at 1PM on Friday to start building the track.  I know that many of you will be working and won't be able to join until later.  But, if you can, we could use all the help we can get at 1PM.

I know the following people will be there at 1PM:
Blake, Craig, Daryl, Thomas, Jarrod, NickF, JohnB

Who else can be there at 1PM?


Major tasks:
1. Lay and tape the carpet (Craig and Thomas will lead this effort.  It will be stressful as we attempt to create a world class racing surface but it will be worth it)

2. Setup timing and scoring, audio/video, Live/RC, etc... (Blake will do this)

3. Install floor protector on stage and in Room2 (Need a volunteer to spearhead this)

4. Setup tables and chairs (Need a volunteer to spearhead this)

5. Setup drivers stand (Daryl will lead this effort)

 Ray and I will be leaving Nanaimo around noon so we will be there for about 2:00 pm.
