The fuel tubbing seems ok, the glow plug ok but when i turn the flywheel with my finger I hear a grinding sound could it be time for a new piston and sleeve or could it be dirt. HELP!

How do you know the glow plug is OK?  They can LOOK ok but that doesn't mean they are...  try a new glow plug first.  Set the carb up to the default position to get a starting position...

Well, I guess Nitro just isn't just for me... I have decided to sell it and buy an electric o well... What should I get a stadium truck or an onroad sedan?

Depends on if you want to race or not.

We run 1/10 scale touring cars during the summer, starting this year on April 30th.  There has been no organized off-road racing in Victoria for over 10 years.

Most people get far more enjoyment out of their R/C stuff when they race rather than just playing; the novelty of playing does wear off.

Agreed.  I'd hate to get rid of my off-road stuff 'cause its still a blast to rip around with but racing is definately where its at!!!

Electric is definately the way to start.... as I'm sure you know...  I'd highly recomend getting a decent used one then go from there...
