Racing or Snowboarding..... This question will plays with me every weekend.
Man, I've alway's hated Skiing on Weekends. So personally I would race on Sat and Board on Sunday. This way you can do both.
i cant even beleive your asking that question...............seems like a no brainer

I can't believe that you are doing that. You can take my car and race, I will go to Aspen for you.
To tell the truth, I'm a little leary. Last year on my last day there, I cracked a rib on my forth run down SnowMass. Thinking I had simply winded myself I continued down the hill. At the bottom, my friends were waiting and I told them I wiped out supremely. They said don't wimp out so I did another two runs. Next morning I could hardly breathe.... Luckily my suitcase was on wheels because there was no way I could pick it up :)
I'll do Washington a few times this year then I'll go back to Aspen next year...
Mick
I prefer one week on one week off. Racing this weekend, snowboarding next weekend. I can not say it is the system for everyone it is however what I plan on doing starting this weekend.

290 cm of snow as of this morning, can't go wrong there.
I did Big White in the new year and the snow there is just way better than the snow at mt. washington. Like riding on clouds.
Hey I've actully written this season off for skiing for myself. I just can't justify to drive like 2 hours to go skiing for a day. Plus the price for the lift. You got to see it my way. I used to live 5 minute from one hill 15 to another and 25 to another. Plus I didn't pay for lift pass's. Or a season pass was only 150 for the year. I had friend that paid 600 for 9 or ten hills for the season. To tell the thruth I went once in the 4 years I've lived on this rock, and not really missing it. I guess I replaced it with racing and other things. plus it hard to think of skiing when everything is green.
Maybe when I hit Calgary in March I might go. I also heard that we might go to calgary in may might bring my skies with me too then. skiing the may long weekend was a blast before.
oops 8O  didn't notice kukkiyukkuk was still logged on., Actully my post not his
