hay blake,

whats the story on moving the carpet and boards to thier summer homes?

proberly need some help A :wink:

Yep,


We'll be packing it up into Tom's and Rob's pickup trucks tomorrow after racing.  Then we'll need some help on Sunday morning to unload it all at Mike Allen's house.

Mike lives in Metchosin, so how about all the helpers meet at the Colwood Park n' Ride and then carpool out there?  I'll make sure I have directions to Mike's place from there.  Let's meet at the Park n' Ride at 10:30AM on Sunday morning.  Tom and Rob can go directly to Mike's house with their truckloads and we can start unloading at around 11AM.

If we can get ten people or so to help out with this job that would be great.  With that many people it shouldn't take much more than 30 mins to unload and stack everything nicely.

I don't know what Mike's address is (you've probably got it right), but that location thing in your map isn't quite in the right spot.

Mike's place is a lot closer to Kangaroo road.  I believe it's the first house on Lindholm from the Kangaroo side (on the right hand side).

I don't think the neighbor wants a bunch of free lumber, she's kinda old ya know.

That's the biggest turnout by far we've had for packing stuff away in years.  We had 6 more guys to pack our stuff away than we've had in ages.

I guess 6 out of the 45 people we've had use the 1/12 scale stuff this season isn't too bad.  That's 13% turnout!
