DSM Pro and non Pro

Anyone know if I can use a DSM Pro receiver with a normal DSM module?  I can't seem to get them to sync.

i was using PRO revivers on my DX3

yeah, i managed to get it to work.  i hooked it up wrong in the first place.  thanks.
