84 VW Rabbit $250

Can be driven away. Motor works well, tranny works well, brakes work well, interior is in OK shape, tires are fair. Drivealbe car relatively safe.

rest of car has minor annoying issues but that is reflected in the 250 dollar asking price.

yes it is the car I drive to work everyday it went to sydney twice in the last 2 days. Engine trans and brakes are reliable. Goes through a 1/2 litre of oil a month. The body actually has very little rust, none on the doors or rocker panels or fenders. One dent where I kicked it for not starting and stranding me one day. New Alternator rebuild, good battery so it doesnt strand me any more..

Dash gauges dont work, speedo does however (pit every 350 km for gas) heater needs a new fan although it works most of the time. Struts/shocks, ties rod ends could be better. Has a brand new radiator. Only one windsheild wiper works, luckily it is on the driver side. Passenger door only opens from the inside. It is a fairly reliable POS.

fuel economy is good ,insurance costs me 50 bucks/month.

I need to buy another car before I can sell it but it shouldnt be long.

you could sell the brand new radiator in it for that and get your money back if it wasnt the little gem of of a car you thought you were getting for 150 bucks

Hey Dr have you sold that car yet as the Shadow has finally died and I am not sure if I will even make it home from work today. Would you still sell it for $150 to a co-racer?... Let me know........Thks
