Charging LiPo

Just wondering on how other people have made out with their Lipo's. I have never had a temperature sensor on a lipo before, but when I started charging the Trakpower 4900 it went from 70.4 degrees, DOWN to 63 degrees.

Anyone else notice the temperature going DOWN ?
