New carpet

Jody was finally able to clear the carpet through our great Canadian Customs service. I won't go into details, Jody knows them best but we now have the new carpet in our possession. A big thanks to Jody for sufferring through the hassle of dealing with one particular customs official and eventually managing to bypass said a----le.  This will be a first for IROCC, running on brand new ozite for 1/12 scale next fall. No mention of cost, but it has depleted the bank account a fair amount.
