hello every body,

My name is Danny Lester and i just brought a '04 Xray off one of the members. I've done i bit of practicing so that i dont look like a complete fool when i show up for the practice on Tuesday and for my first offical race on Sunday(Hopefully if im qualifyied).

I believe my car has every thing required to race and am looking forward to meeting some of the members on Tuesday and Sunday.

Welcome to IROCC!

Practise is good, you get to talk to other members and they will give you tips on your setup and a open parking lot to drive in. But nothing replaces driving on the track with walls and other drivers out there with you.

Don't worry about your driving skills, wee were all beginners at one time. Look forword to seeing you at the track.

ill be out this tuesday too tweaking recent changes to both my cars
im pretty much a begginer too, only been to one race
ill see you there hopefully the colwood crawl isnt too hideous

crud maybe i wont be out today, long story short hopefully i can put my touring car back together in time for sunday

does anyone know where i could get a sheet of carbon fiber i need to make a new lower deck for my car and carbon fiber would be nicer than aluminum

Members don't usually show up until 630 or later and we are there until 830, but it would be nice to leave at 830 so we can go for dinner at the new restaurant balsilico on goldstream. Just for a change of heart.

We Only have about 3 or 4 more race weekends to go. So unless something is broken I would just run the car as it is. save you money for 1/12 scale stuff

in the process of modifying it i ran into some unexpected snags and whats done cant be undone
ill get some aluminum tomorow and make myself a new bottom deck

what grade would you suggest?

lol its my fault, shoulda done mock up before drilling holes
nothing some time with a sheet of aluminium cant fix
