New Tekin software dropped today

It will be interesting to see how much the new software affects the speed of the cars. Doing some testing on the bench and it seems to give the motors more punch.

HUGE difference.

It feels like a brushed motor, yet you can still have the "turbo" rush down the straight.

It'll take a bit more tuning of the parameters, but it's an amazing difference, and all improvement.

Yep, if you are going to try it, install it for the practice heat because it takes about 16 mins to get used to the new-found bottom end.

The damage you've been able to do with the original software is impressive.  You will definitely like the new stuff.

I will have my computer with me again this Saturday night.  I can help update some ESCs for those that don't have the Hotwire and/or a computer.

then blake, you were right.. they put 203 on my esc and apperently it worked fine..lol

i still wont have it back for another week or 2 yet..

are any of those rental cars that were offered to me last saturday still available??

hey J-Rod.  If you want to borrow a  ESC I have a LRP TC you can borrow until your Tekin gets back.. Its not as fancy, but it gets the job done.
