With all these guys ready to race it should be no problem getting them to help move the carpet and track back to the B&G club
when will you set up a date to do this?

We usually do it the day of the first night(sounds eery), but as I previously posted I am leaving town that day so will be unable to help. You are welcome to come and get the stuff, I will likely be gone before noon.

well i got a truck so we can load some frack into mine since darryl wont be around..i could use mine, or maybe borrow my dads 3/4t ford, have to check if when the insur. runs out on his..

Last year we used the van and put something in a pick up truck as well. I am in to help if I am not working.

Hard to get everything in the van unless some stuff, that shouldn't the club's responsibility, is taken out first(eg. peoples tents, tables & chairs).

The boards used to go to Darryl's place along with at least one roll of carpet. But I did not help
them store it last time.

Hi all,

It sounds like we have enough interest to run the first night of indoor racing next Saturday, Oct 2nd.  Daryl will not be around so we will use the cube van to load carpet/clik-trak/boards from Langford to B&G.

The first night will have extended open practice, followed by two rounds of qualifying, and then the mains.

We will not be racing on Oct 9th nor Oct 16th because of Thanksgiving and the Big Chill respectively.  Our second indoor race will be Oct 23rd.
