November 20th, Visitors from Seattle!

Hi all,


I just got final confirmation from Brian Bodine.  He will be travelling with three other racers to join us this Saturday.  He is VERY excited based on his emails!  Visitors will be: Brian Bodine, Peter Robinson, Todd Mason, and Bill Evans.

Based on discussions at B&G last Saturday, several of us will meet at B&G between 2:30PM and 3:00PM for track setup.  Craig figured he'd arrive at 2:30PM, setup his own pit area, and then we can start on the track at 3:00PM.  I plan to will arrive at 2:30PM.

So, come one, come all, and let's show our friends to the south what a great little race club we are!

SO, is someone on the UBER-Executive going to tell Bill he DOESN'T need to be there at 1 to open up for us??

Well I was planning on arriving around 1 to set up my pit area and help get stuff set-up, but it appears it won't be necessary if no one else plans on getting there until at least 2:30.

Bill works all day on Saturday.  He will be there from 8AM->4PM.  It does not matter when we show up.  I will be there around 2:30PM.

Now that I think about it, Bill used to work all day Saturdays, but I actually don't know if he does anymore.  I will call the Admin office tomorrow and have them pass a message to Bill that we will arrive at 2:30PM.

This is just a quick reminder of tomorrow's big club race.  Let's try to get everyone to come out and show our guests what a great group we are!

Also note, many of us are going to show up around 2PM to help with early track setup.
