crc diff rings

is there 2 different size diff rings for the genx?  is there a differenence between the "old" gen-x and the newer gen-xl?

i only ask because.. i was goin thru the car and  noticed on the diff rings want center anymore.. well it turn out its spinnin on the hub.. the tabs on the ring are made to short to grab the hub..

upon further review.. the axle side diff glange has been rounded off.. the ring is fine..



and blake.. i will be droped off on tuesday.. i was goin to call ya but somehow the number ive got is 1 digit short..haha

12th scale car is almost done.. tomarrow night the 10th scale goes uner the knife..its amazing where foam and carpet fuzz will get into..
