Motor for wgt?

Seems that d3's are difficult to get so im shopping for a alternative to get me into the class. Saw that speed passion has a 1c optimized 13.5? I know these motors are found at the top
Level of touring cars but doubt that means a ton

If anyone sees d3's in stock ill just get that though.
