Ya I don't have the cupped washers and I checked the shaver shop and they don't have. I also checked the bag of parts there was no cupped washers. Does anyone have a pair of the 2 washers? (The ones that squeeze together to provide tightness)

Pretty sure the only peeps in the club with an xray are the fantetti's

Do crc pancars use them?

Are you talking about the cup washer that goes just before the diff nut?  If so, then yes CRC uses them, and they should work fine on your car.. I thought the Xrays ran thrust bearings on the diff?

yes it has a thrust bearing but there is 2 rings after that squish together to provide tension so the gear doesn't slip. that is what i need.

the cup rings go after the thrust bearing and after is the nut.

The first hit on google for x12 manual shows exactly how the axle goes together assuming oem parts. Looks like it is a captured thrust bearing that sits on a colar pressed into the outdrive. Then the washers fit the thrust bearing as if theu form a spring. Then the nut.
With my slapmaster thrust bearing the nut snugs right up to the thrust bearing.

the problem is i don't have the 2 washers at the end.

Try to.build it without the washers. Or use a normal.m3 shim. Since adding a thrust bearing I haven't used the thrust washers.

Ok I looked at a photo of the axle. It should work without the washers, but I would recommend using them. They appear to be the same standard washer used on a pancar.  That washers job (imho) is to act like a small spring, and to absorb some extra shock, in the event of a collision with the boards, and to apply even pressure to the thrust bearing.

Ya I tryed putting the tire on but the gear keeps slipping. I tryed useing the bearing at the end that gorden gave to me and I tryed Neal's bearing that he gave to me but it still slipped. So it must be that I don't have the 2 cupped washers or I am useing the wrong bearing.

Add some washers to the axle before the nut.  If the but bottoms out on the shaft then it won't apply enough pressure.
