FIrst Painting attempt
« on: September 25, 2015, 12:53:42 AM »
Well, since I am getting cornered into racing with Jacob I thought I may as well paint a body to my liking...first attempt and it didn't turn out too bad......learned a few things which the boy said I better not repeat on his body...the nerve!

anyway, it was pretty basic....but it came out OK, lots to improve... and for some reason the wing mounting screws included were only a pair.....not 4......weird....I will have to source a set and mount it up shortly.

looks pretty good! hope to see it on the track this saturday.
I might suggest using some normal m3 screws as the factory ones tend to strip if your not careful installing them.

You only need 2 wing screws, the additional markings are for wing placement only, whether you want the wing ahead or back. I have never had a wing bolt strip on me but I always use small washers on top of the wing and under body to disperse the force on the wing during crashes.
