Title: Indoor tire and ride height.
Post by: Jtg.73 on October 06, 2012, 03:24:12 PM
Going to try to have a WGT car this winter.  What do I need to cut my tires down to, and whats a good roll out to start with?

Hey John,

I thought you were out of town this winter for work?

Try starting your tires at 55-56mm (front and rear).  If you're rolling over, then you might need to go smaller.  Rollout should be between 60-70mm I believe.

That is the club minimum as well. The minimum of 3, 4 & 5mm for 1/12th, WGT and touring is to protect the carpet and even in club races is not to be exceeded.

Chances are, I will be out of town for work (I hope).  I would like to make it out to a few races if possible. Speed Weekend in particular.
