I've received a couple of questions asking when the batteries might arrive, and when payment will be due.  Our first indoor race will be mid-October, so the batteries will arrive early October.  Payment will be due upon pickup.

Ah, good to know.  In that case we might have to delay to the 23rd.  It will depend on IROCC attendance at the Big Chill.

I will start another thread for information about the upcoming winter season/schedule.  Let's use this thread as it was originally intended.

If you need/want any new 1s 3.7V batteries for this winter's indoor season, please post here or PM me.  IROCC is looking to put together a club order of batteries.  The price will come in under $65/pack delivered to your hands.

The packs will likely be 5600mAh 60C hard case with 4mm inboard tube connectors.

Yes Gord, I am quite sure that is what we are getting.  Those specs match exactly what Korgae told me.  It is a great price for a SMC's lastest 1s pack.
