We really need to make an effort to have T shirts or hoodys. Why can"t we do this as this is a first time having this race.

Hi Everyone,

We're very pround to be co-hosting this event with you guys.  We're also very happy with your clubs interest in our 18R class.

Jarrod, yes you can run the belt drive car but you must run road tires and body.

If LA Tanning comes on as a title sponsor, then it could happen....

and this would en tale what ?

It would entail a cash contribution.  Typically, those T-Shirt orders cost us between $1200 and $1400.  This summer Garnett and ScanDesigns contributed the cash.

I just want to clarify if my 2-17.5 motors ar ok to use. I have a Orion Vortex and a Hacker and both are on the stock aproved list but not the stock 17.5 spec list, are they ok to use in this event ?

Like I mentioned before, the IROCC group has done indoor trophy races before.

Neil, you are fine.  The main thing we're looking at in Touring 17.5 is that you have zero ESC timing.  This keeps the field level for those with older, non adjustable timing ESCs.

can i run 4 cell nimh stock 27 turn in my 12 scale

Nick/Rob, let's talk about this on the weekend.  Technically 4-cell is not allowed because it offers higher voltage than 1s LiPo.  I know we permit some racers to use this in club racing, but we might have to make other arrangements for the big race.  I can definitely lend you a good 1s LiPo if that's all you need.  Then you'll be down at the proper weight as well.
