Good day!

Well, I gave my WGT car thee once over last night, I expected a problem as the handling whent away on the last run. Well there was 3 problems, first the tweek plate broke where it was mounted on the left side so the dampening tube was hanging loose and the side spring was doing nothing. Second, the bulkhead that the motor mounts to was missing the forword screw and the rear screw was half out. Third, the football was worn out. I can't beleave that the car was still running! I guess that is what happens when you race, corner, corner and race when there is only 4 races to the round lol!

The car is all fixed up now with a new mod, I removed the dampening tubes and installed 2 Associated 18T rear shocks. The action in the rear pod feels realy good now but the final test will be on the track.

See you Saturday night, Neil.

Have fun setting the tweak and pre-load!

The shocks do have differant size clips to adjust the spring tension, that is not the best but if the test runs show promise I can upgrade the shock bodies to the threaded aluminum ones.
