fired the nitro car up today for the first time.. didnt miss a beat, runs like a champ!. fired right up and drove just like it did last summer..

forgot how much oomph these little cars had...

Well I followed Jarrods lead and spent the day working on my starter box and got it working. I fired up the nitro car and she idles like a dream. So I was also wondering if somone was able to pit a nitro car also, or if we have enough for two heats I will pit for you Jarrod and you can pit for me. I dont care what heat I am in, its the inaugural run for it unless someone else is available to help. My other question is does someone have some blue thunder 20% that I may purchase? I would like to try for a qualifier at least, then go for the main. I would only need like a pit bottles worth. I will get some on Monday if the shaver shop has some.

I have some 20% Blue Thunder I can share with you glen. No problem at all. If everyone shows up to run nitro that ran last week, plus you and Jarrod then we will defintely have 2 heats. Should have 10-12 cars. Could be an interesting main though.

If there is 2 heats I will pit or marshal a 2nd car in a heat that Gerry is not in as long as I dont break on of my cars and need to fix it.

Nitro seems to the popular class this year! Should have enough for 2 heats.... Lets just hope for the weather now.. Weatherchannel says 10%, envir canada, says scatters showers until mid-afternoon....

maybe we should do a group order on shumacher rain tires. that would be so much fun.. my first day out with nitro it rained.. was interesting.
